This would be in the U.S. I think the internet plan is per month which I’m willing to pay. I just can’t find the cost of a brand new iPhone because they don’t sell it in the US with Tmobile.
Is there no way to get one with Tmobile? I don’t want to unlock the phone I just want a brand new iPhone under Tmobile. From the responses I guess it’s not possible.

That’s why you get unlocked iPhone and don’t update it otherwise it will screw itself. I don’t know about internet plans.

Has price reduction for upgrades ever been offered, or would i have to pay the full price?

If you bought it right now I bet your will be eligible for an upgrade price. Ido know if it will be the new price of 199$ n 299$ but they did that for people who only had their 3GS for a year when the iPhone 4 came out. Email me at phonegenius101@gmail.com for other questions
