They share a bathroom which includes a vanity area w/ 2 sinks.

-New Microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven.
-Large loft area upstairs, currently not being utilized.
-Large walk in closet in the upstairs area for storage.
-Outside balcony
-Wireless internet
The apartment complex offers:
-A fitness center
-Study lounge
-Free DVD library
-Large pool great during the summer for water sports
-Jet spas
-Friendly management staff and very fast maintenance service
-Washers/dryers right next door
You will be living with:
- Me in one of the downstairs room. I am a recent UCD graduate currently working in Davis until I find a job more in line with my major.
- A couple in the second downstairs room. Both are quiet and are usually in the room or working.
-We are all pretty clean people and try to keep the kitchen and areas tidy.
-We are laid back and do not mind people over at all. We have pretty limited furniture, so there is plenty of room for any stuff that you may want to bring plus tons of storage space.
The only potential problem is that the carpets are pretty dirty due to a party a previous roommate threw about a year ago. This is why we don’t require a deposit. For any other questions feel free to email or text me. Move-in can happen asap.
