I’m looking for one or two people to rent the small room in the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment in Renaissance Park, South Davis starting at the end of July. you will have to officially sign onto the lease, and there is an application processing fee.
You’ll have your own bathroom (or shared with your roomate),
Rent will be around $540 for the room and additional expenses will include NWP, PG&E and ATT. We can even split on necessities like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent. Sharing staple foods too will be okay.
You have access to washer and dryer in the master bedroom.
Our building is right next to the W bus stop. Parking is first come first serve and is not hard to find for the majority of the time.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, (a single mom/ double major EXB and PSC graduating in June) adorable and hyperactive 3 year old who loves Yo Gabba Gabban and a mostly absent 4th year female chem major. I’ll most likely be working full time morning till late afternoon, and have my son in daycare, while my other roommate is rarely home.
We’re looking people who are respectable of others space, good with kids, cleans after his/herself, and is smoke/drug/drama free. Partying during the week is a no-no, because my son and I use the common area in the evenings for dinner and movies. We are out most weekends, so if you must have people over, do it then.
