Hi all, I have a room for sublease. Here is all the information.

Period: April to May (My lease ends in the end of May. You can take it over if you like it.)

Rent: $500/ per month ( The rent includes everything– you even don’t need to buy bleach, dish soap and toilet paper. The landowner provides all the necessities. Of course, the rent includes electricity and internet.)

Room description: It is on the second floor of the big house owned by a Taiwanese. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, study desk and a big closet. It is as big as nearly four queen size beds…… Downstairs there are living room(with TV) and kitchen. Actually, the landowner lives in this house too. So don’t worry the house would be messed up. She will take care of it very well.
