- I must sublease this place in next few days. I moved somewhere else and need somebody to take over remaining 7 months on lease.
- It’s $1515 month. I’ve paid February. I will pay your March rent too. So you get February free, March free, pay April-August. You can also have my $900 security deposit.
- It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I really liked the place. It has a Washer and Dryer. Beautiful Kitchen including a Dishwasher. Outdoor Patio for BBQ. Living Room has a Fireplace. One bedroom has a Walk-In Closet. Other bedroom can be used as office (what I did). If you have car, you get a parking spot. Tanglewood has a Gym, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court…Tanglewood Apartments is really nice. I had to move last minute and again am desperate to sublease it because I found my dream home in Sacramento and took it.
