I am looking for quiet graduate or post doc international women students

Who are very serious about their studies and who are also willing to share a little food, a little culture and a little language and a little friendship.

I have two nice bedrooms with closet, dresser, bed, wireless DSL, small computer desk. I have a washer and dryer in the garage that you can use. There are kitchen and living room privileges. Room in the frig and cupboard space in the kitchen and linen closet outside the bathroom. You may use your own bed and bath linens or I can supply them if you wish. My home is 1/2 mile from campus and takes approx 15 minutes on bike. By car it takes about 10 minutes, plus the time it takes to find parking. I am directly on the bus route to/from campus with the bus stopping next door to drop you off and directly across the street to take you to campus. The Bus Route is the new K Route. Humboldt Ave. near cross street of Arlington Blvd.

I am a single woman, a mom of three daughters that are away at college, and I am a grandma of one beautiful little girl who turned three years old in Sept. They come to visit occasionally. I love meeting new people from around the world and learning about different cultures and places. I have met people from India, Germany, Brazil, and Mexico so far, and look forward to meeting and sharing with many more.

It is $450 a month and all utilities are included. There will be one last room ready and available February 6th 2010. Deposit to save the room is $250.00 which turns into your security and cleaning deposit when you move in. Payment of the $250 Deposit is due immediately to hold the room for you. You pay first and last month at move in. Your final move in is $900.

Your Deposit for the security and cleaning deposit will remain on deposit until you leave at the end of your stay, after you have cleaned your spaces and there is no damage or work to be done before the next roomer. Naturally there will be slight wear and tear after living here, that will not be counted against your deposit. But any other damage or lack of cleaning up after yourself will be deducted from your deposit at time of departure.
