It is 1.5 miles away from campus, it will take 15-25 minutes biking to campus. And it has M/W lane across the street.

Environment is great there and it is a brand new apt.

Right now we have 2 people including me. We are quiet and easy going people.

The rent for your room will around 650 which includes PG&E garbage sewer basically everything except the Electric.

It is about 3 to 5 min walking distance from a major shopping cernter (Safeway). Very convenient.

A very nice professional gentleman (Chinese) has taken the living room for his own convenience (Usually he does not live there, Occassionally, he needs to take a break in Davis. He does not live in the apartment overnight. He will share 1/3 of PG&E although he does not live there very often).

Hi, there is an apartment in Solano Park, 2 bedrooms are available now. It's a good place for a short-time lease from 06/29/10 to 09/01/10.
There are also two furnitured bedrooms available in an apartment located near the campus. The address is Adams Terrace, 849. It is a townhouse with air condition, wash machine and dryer, kitchen ware and other necessary furnitures. It's really clean and quiet, available from 06/29/10 to 09/01/10.

Atrium is located on campus, right next to ARC, Orchard and Russell. It has central air conditioning (cold & hot) in the whole apartment, and a very comfortable and quiet study lounge in the building (only open to Atrium tenants, with air conditioning and wireless internet).

Hi,
I am looking for a female graduate student roommate. I live in 801 D Street, Viking apartment. The location is 5 minutes walking to downtown and 5 minutes biking to school. It is also five minutes walking to Co-op market. It's a very quiet neighborhoods. The rent for one person is $587.5/month, including water and sewage. PG&E is about 10$/month and wireless internet about 12$/month for one person. The deposit is 500$ total. The lease starts September 1st and will last for one year. I am looking for someone to take over my lease from Sep1st2010 to Aug31th2011 of one-bedroom apartment in the Atrium. The move-in date is flexible, any day between now and September1st. The rent of this August is $770, and raised to $805 starting this September. The security deposit is $350. The electronic fee is around $15 each month.

The living room is big enough to accommodate another person if you would like to share the apartment with one roommate.

The Atrium is located to the east of Russell park. there is Rite Aid, ARC and University Mall across the street. It is closer to the main campus than the Russell park and the Orchard. If you like swimming in the summer, it only takes you 2 or 3 mins to get to the Rec Pool.

The building is gated, so you need 2 keys to get into your room and thus it is very safe.

There is a laundry room inside each building in The Atrium, and every apartment opens onto a peaceful indoor terrarium and quiet study area. Only graduate students are accepted as lease holders in The Atrium, so it is a very quiet place, no party and no pet. You see people studying in the lounge very often.

It is carpet floor, you have a patio and there is central A/C, free internet, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
