The Chinese Students and Scholars Association has brought all of it right to your door step. Come join us for extravagant and ultimate experience of Chinese culture on Sunday, November 18th in International House, Davis. You will be able learn Chinese calligraphy, enjoy Chinese traditional folk music, watch Chinese films, participate in traditional Chinese tea ceremony, pick your free Chinese handicraft souvenir and taste authentic Chinese food. The best part is everything is FREE.

Also, as part of the IEW2012 activities, welcome to join us for a lecture by China Consul General, Mr. Zhansheng Gao

Consul General Gao will share discuss education and youth exchanges, including a story about a Milton Gardner, a resident of Kuling, China who later returned to the u.s. and became a professor of Physics at UC Davis. Professor Gardner’s story emphasizes the important role of people-to-people contact in bringing two nations together.
